Check-in
The address of the new car check-in is Kuljetuskatu 4, and both car and cargo check-in will be run along Kuljetuskatu.
Check-in for customers traveling without a vehicle ends 30 minutes before the departure of the ship. Check-in for car passengers ends 45 minutes before the departure of the ship.
Unpaid bookings must always be checked in no later than one hour (1 hour) before the departure of the ship. Thereafter, unredeemed bookings can be canceled without notice. We also recommend that passengers who have already paid for their trip in advance arrive at check-in one hour before the departure of the ship.
The terminal has separate check-in points for individual and group customers as well as those traveling by car. Reservations with a vehicle must be checked in at the car check-in (approx. 200 m from the terminal).
There are also self-service check-in kiosks available for individual guests traveling without a vehicle. You can enter the booking number + security number (found on the confirmation), the barcode of the confirmation letter or the loyalty card number. The machine then prints boarding passes and coupons for pre-ordered additional services.
Check-in can be done on the self-service kiosk no later than 20 minutes before departure if payment is booked on booking. self-service kiosk can be used only for departures on the same day.
Club One Gold members and Suite class passengers have a joint check-in desk in the terminal (does not apply to car check-in).
HOW TO GET THERE
By public transportation
Bus number 1 goes from the market square (Kauppatori) to the Silja Line terminal. The bus stop is located in front of Åbo Svenska Teatern, on the market square side.

Trains
There are good direct connections from Turku harbour to Helsinki and Tampere, as well as bus connections to several cities. The station is accessible via the glass corridor outside the terminal.

Taxi station
Located approximately 50 meters from the terminal, between Hotel Seaport and the terminal.

Restaurant services
The café on the 3rd floor is open from 16:15 to 18:30.
Drink and snack vending machines and coin machines are located on the ground floor.
Please note: There is no ATM or currency exchange in the terminal. Cash is not accepted in the terminal.
